Aircraft for Every Size of Trip
Most trips fit one of six options. A turboprop charter handles short hops to regional airports with short runways. Light jet charter and midsize jet charter cover most business and family trips, and super-midsize jet charter and heavy jet charter make sense for longer nonstop legs or bigger groups. If your dates are loose, empty leg flights can be a good fit, and we will tell you plainly when one lines up with your plans.

Turboprop Charter
Turboprop charter for regional trips with four to eight passengers, shorter runways and an all-inclusive quote built on point to point pricing.

Light Jet Charter
Small, quick jets for trips of a few hours, priced point to point, with departure times and arrival windows you can actually build a day around.

Midsize Jet Charter
Room for six to eight passengers, an enclosed lavatory and the range for trips of two to five hours, with a departure time and arrival window set before you fly.

Super-Midsize Jet Charter
A stand-up cabin and the range to reach either coast nonstop, so your arrival time does not hinge on a fuel stop.

Heavy Jet Charter
Large-cabin jets for coast-to-coast, overseas and group trips, quoted all-inclusive with a schedule built around real flight times.

Empty Leg Flights
One-way repositioning flights at a lower price, with a straight answer on how firm the timing is before you book.

Why People Book Their Flights With Us
A charter only works if the plane is there when you are. Most of how we work comes back to that.
- Departure times we can stand behind
- We give you a departure time based on where the aircraft and crew actually are, not the best case. If repositioning or crew rest pushes it later, you hear that before you book, not at the FBO.
- Calls when plans change
- Weather, a late meeting, an extra passenger. We call you with the new picture and your options. You will not have to chase us for an update.
- Who flies you
- Each trip we book goes out with an FAA-certified Part 135 air carrier at the controls. Before you agree to anything, you get the operator's name and the exact aircraft type.
- One number, all in
- Our quotes are all-inclusive. Fees, taxes and crew costs are on the quote you agree to, so there are no hidden costs on the final bill.
- Fly when you need to
- There is no club to join and no block of prepaid hours to burn through. Each flight is its own booking, on demand, and nothing ties you to the next one. For time-sensitive travel, we pick up the phone 24/7.

How a Charter Comes Together
Most bookings take one phone call and a short follow-up. Here is what happens from first call to wheels up.
- 1
Tell us the trip
Call with your dates, airports, number of passengers and any bags, gear or pets. Rough times are fine to start.
- 2
Get options and a quote
We check which aircraft and operators can actually make your times and come back with one or more choices, each with an all-inclusive price and a realistic departure window.
- 3
Confirm and lock it in
Once you pick an aircraft, we confirm the operator, crew and FBO. You get the details you need for departure day: where to park, when to arrive and who to ask for.
- 4
Updates through departure
In the days before, we watch weather and the aircraft's schedule. In Indiana that often means winter deicing time or summer storms, and if either touches your trip, we call with the plan.
- 5
Fly and get home
Arrive at the FBO, load up and go. There is no long terminal line. If you are flying back, we track the return leg the same way.

A Charter Desk Run From Whiteland
We book private flights for executives, families and leisure travelers around the south side of Indianapolis. Some clients fly every month. Some fly once for a wedding or a family trip. Everyone gets the same thing: a straight answer on timing and a price that does not move after they agree to it.
We work out of our office and take calls and video meetings, and most trips get settled in a single conversation. We do not push the biggest jet. If a light jet does the job, we will say so. If an empty leg fits your plans, we will tell you about it too.
Bringing the dog? Pets are allowed. Need to work on the way? We can line up WiFi-equipped aircraft. Tell us what the trip needs and we will find the plane that fits.

Questions We Get Most
How far ahead do I need to book a charter?
A few days to a week out gives you the most aircraft to choose from. We can often arrange flights on much shorter notice, and we answer the phone 24/7. Just know that with less lead time there are fewer planes open, so options and price can change.
What is included in your all-inclusive quote?
The flight time, any repositioning, crew costs, landing and FBO fees, and federal excise tax. If you add catering, ground transport or an overnight, those go on the quote too. The number you agree to is the number you pay, with no hidden costs.
Is a one-way trip priced like a round trip?
Not with us. You pay for the leg you actually fly, because every quote is built point to point and round trip pricing never applies to a one-way booking. When a plane would otherwise head back empty, we hunt for ways to keep that cost low, and sometimes an empty leg flight is the answer.
Who actually operates the flight?
A charter operator with its own crews and aircraft runs each flight, and we handle the booking. Before you commit, we give you the operator's name and the aircraft type, so you know exactly who is flying you and on what.
What if the plane I booked can't fly because of a maintenance issue?
We start looking for another aircraft the moment we hear about it. The cost of that replacement flight is covered by mechanical insurance, up to 100%. As soon as a new plane is lined up, we call you with the updated departure time.
What if weather or my plans change?
We call you as soon as weather looks like it will touch your departure, and we give you options: leave earlier, wait it out or move the trip. If your meeting runs long or your group changes, call us and we will rework the plan and requote if needed.
Can I bring my dog, and is there WiFi on board?
Pets are allowed, so tell us about them when you call so we can confirm with the operator. We can also line up WiFi-equipped aircraft if you need to stay connected on the way.
What Sets the Price of a Charter
Two trips of the same length can price very differently. Here is what moves the number. We walk through each one with you on the phone, so you can see where a change in plans would save money.
We build each quote from your dates, passengers and airports, and every fee is on it before you say yes. If something in your plans changes, we requote and explain the difference.
- Aircraft size
- Bigger planes burn more fuel and carry a higher hourly rate, so a heavy jet runs well above a turboprop on the same route. Picking the smallest aircraft that fits your passengers, bags and range keeps the price down.
- Flight time and route
- Charter is priced mostly by time in the air. A nonstop leg usually costs less than one with a fuel stop, which is why range matters on longer trips.
- Getting the aircraft to you
- If the nearest suitable plane is based elsewhere, the trip may include repositioning time. We look for aircraft close by first. Since we quote point to point, a single leg is billed as a single leg, and round trip pricing stays off your one-way bill.
- Crew and overnights
- If you are flying out and back over several days, the crew may need hotel nights and per diem. Same-day returns avoid most of that.
- Airport and FBO fees
- Landing fees, ramp fees and federal excise tax vary by airport. They are built into the all-inclusive quote instead of added later.
- Timing and demand
- Holiday weekends and big event dates book up. Short-notice trips can be done, but fewer aircraft are open, and that can raise the price.
Tell Us Where You Need to Be
Give us your dates, airports and passenger count. We will come back with aircraft that can make your times and a price that covers everything.
